INPR & CORL should have issued a press release saying that the companies were in talks concerning a possible merger. Then they could have seen the market's reaction before committing to the idea(and loosing value big time).

An agreement to work together would then have been more appropriate in light of the negative reaction to a merger.

I think we should ALL vote no. If the company still merges then a law suite to remove Cowpie or to prevent the merger may be needed.

Very well said indeed. I laugh. It reminds me of Antonini (the former CEO of Kmart) wanting to write a book on retails!!!

I wonder who is worse: Dale or Del. Any current (or recent) shareholder cares to opine for another laugh?
