"You are free to claim whatever you want and to refuse to support those claims but that's not the behavior of someone who's honest and trustworthy."

I would suggest that you start working right away on your trustworthiness. I'm asking you to present legal evidence which declares that IDC's technology IS automatically transferred to CDMA2000 without intervening agreements. AND YOU REFUSE TO DO THIS. It is YOU that is avoiding the issues, not me. Qualcomm has NEVER stated that IDC's technology is automically transferrable to CDMA2000.

YET, IDC HAS CLAIMED, both in writing and in conference, that they own technology in all five standards. That includes CDMA2000. If you want to argue with attornies at IDC, go argue with them. You can spit on the ground all day long Bux, but it won't make a river. Until you produce evidence which controverts IDC's claims, stop harassing me on this minor issue.
