ZO: I would guess that anyone making a bid for NN already has access to sufficient financial information as to already know the quarterly results, more or less. Best wishes, Jim

It is quite clear, you have not been reading the large number of NN takeover articles written over the past several months. A takeover of NN had been expected to be completed by the time of NN's earnings release. I did not set the date, the analysts have set the date, and NN/TM have done little to diffuse the issue. If there is an acquiring company, the results are already known to them. You are not in a position to demand anything from anyone.
