again, read previous posts Bux. you can write. but you won't read what has been written. you've twisted what has been said and you're wasting time on a minor issue. you have claimed such; please re-read your own posts too. you are misleading. now this new claim: "Keep in mind that IDC owning some IPR in all 3G standards (even if true) is completely compatible with having licensed all the necessary foundational patents away." this is another one of your preposterous assertions: IDC owning "some" IPR - they submitted over 50 IPRs to one standard (WCDMA) alone and you quantify this as "some"? There are at least 20 claims per IPR submitted - many of which have been called "essential". stop posting ridiculous round robins and learn to read and interpret what has already been written. I'm not worried about my credibility. You obviously have nothing better to do than to create arguments that do not exist. I am asking you again to prove your previous assertion that because you can NOT find alternative means verifying that IDC's technology is transferrable, therefore (you conclude) it is. This is called begging the issue; which you do quite well.
