I have no trouble getting in... they have updated the hardware page, and here's the flow description......

HT-PS™/Flow: A fully automated fluidics system that
exploits flow cytometry as a detection device. This system
will provide extremely high information content, including
simultaneous assessment of compound binding affinities,
functional activities and potencies with high sensitivity
multiplexing capabilities. The single-cell analytical capability
of the HT-PS™/Flow system will support complex cellular
subset analyses necessary to evaluate 'hit' compound
activities on patient cell samples and heterogeneous
cultured cell samples.

from the '99 10-K......

The injunction does not affect Solvay Pharmaceuticals since it utilizes screening assays obtained from the Company solely outside the United States.

A post at Yahoo reminded me of this. I went looking for it, but Miljenko beat me to it.

This might mean that, given relocation of the functional genomics effort in Europe, all would avoid "SIBI" if screening was restricted to that geography. I had never assigned value for bringing the business back to life.

It's a methods patent.

Sheeeesh... another talking head on CNBC right now (Waddel Science Fund, or something like that), spouting "genomics". Why can't they find the leverage?
