Anyone can bring the internet down by hitting the 'enter' key enough times. All it takes is a few PCs sprinkled around.

Clinton Says Internet Attacks Are No 'Pearl Harbor'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Clinton, meeting with computer executives at the White House, said on Tuesday that last week's costly Web site hack attacks raised the alarm for tighter Internet security but were not a ''Pearl Harbor.''
