Rare Cub,

...makes about three trades a day

He must be a scalper. I've been trying to get a rough idea about how much a scalper can make per year as a percentage of the index. So far my impression is that the best scalpers can gain 80% of the index per year. Based on trading capital the return would be much greater because of the leverage in futures. Does 80% for the maximum return for scalpers seem about right to you?
