Well -- CNBC 95 should hold,, too much loss on too high vol,,, not tracking the nas,,, nothing positive so I guess we drop more tomorrow,, actually I have about had it with this one anyway-- down 20% while the NAS runs.. had to go down on an up dow day too,, sux! Time to change direction or come back another day,,,

"The DOJ action is certainly a big negative, but the company and therefore the stock has deeper problems. MSFT will have to recover on their own efforts."

The uncertainty of the case is the ONLY negative holding down MSFT in this market. The proverbial millstone is indeed heavy, and MSFT is doing it's best to just tread water.
