A question for TA experts. Why is it bad if a stock is going downward on heavy volume? Why is it different if the downward move is on light volume?

What if after a downward move, the volume stays heavy but the declines are less such as in the case of Microsoft. Can the steady price on high volume also mean great support at that price?

TIA.

Well, hypothetically, after I chatted with Arun Netravalli, I would have to decide if this was a real attempt at becoming part of the future. It is a stretch for a lot of folks in the telco paradigm. Altough I am beginning to get a sense that the ITU is losing ground to the IETF and to forces unknown (www.tachion.com).
Most of the really bright InGinEars at LuLU know deep in their heart that bureaucracy is their enemy. That the pace of change and the possibility to use their minds to the best advantage are not in the bureaus of the past. Eg. IP v 5ESS, slam dunk.

Your comments on SIFY would be appreciated. I have some friends who think their homeland is hellbent on destroying the future. Yet, SIFY is defying the odds.

Please advise.
