Sid: Your analysis seems pretty sound. Thank you for the input. There must be something more compelling with the PEM approach, maybe it appeals to the independent desires we all have. Generating you own power has a great appeal to me, especially since we loose power at least 8 time per year and all those darn digital clocks need resetting. Also each year it seems we loose power for a few days and it is occurring more often. I would jump at the chanced to buy an integrated heating and electrical fuel cell system.

I think FCL's markets may be large buildings, building complexes like hospitals, shopping centers, mountain home developments, airports, control centers, phone company central offices, ISPs, data centers, large ships... I would sure like to seem them install initial systems in various application categories.

Always appreciate you considered opinions.

Bill

Sid: We are looking pretty good so far. I hope they get their financial house in order during this run up. It would be a great time for them to raise about 200 million. Sell about 3m shares. Not much dilution.
HOpe you are still long. I am.
