David - The point I was making was in regard to availability numbers in the field. Anyone can have a component problem. But Cheryl has been on the kick of "only losers have these kind of problems, and it doesn't matter why it happened, if it happened" - same standard gets applied to SUNW... this was in response to JC's question about what errors of fact I was talking about and is not a slam at SUNW, who has over the last few years developed a good reputation for quality in their high end products.
