i am not sure you have done much but convince me that nite continues to be a great investment. so long as nite can maintain the spreads and make this type of money, it is no wonder jefferies upped the earnings to 2.64/share.

i am not sure this is board for sympathy. but nite not filling market orders is very strange, unless they are the only mm in the stock, your broker could go elsewhere.

people know the bb area is where nite cleans up. thanks for the education and i know i also learned the hard to avoid market orders when possible.

Deeber there are rules for filling at the market. The MM has a quoted price for a specific number of shares. Once it is filled he can leave. If another market order gets there in front of you, you will not get filled at that price, you pay the next quoted price. When Bids and Asks are moveing rapidly it is best to use a limit. But in these types of issues limits are hard to get filled. This is why I do not trade in small OTC BB stocks. The MM has the advantage.

Deeber: Re NITE is a scam. Might I suggest you use limit orders instead of market orders. Or better yet, if you don't like playing by the rules of the trading game, perhaps you should consider another line of work. Your post sounds childish and petulant, not a good set of skills for making $$ in this game.

Cheers
