It's been 10 trading days since NN announced it was selling 1.3 million shares. Nasdaq volume averages 83,600 shares per day. If they sold 20K a day, it would take 65 days. If 40K, then a little over 32. I don't know if they'd already begun when the release came out. If so, we could be further along than 10 days. There's also no way to know how many shares they're selling per day. If anyone knows the status, please post an update. TIA -- Pat
