Hi Tom,

Since you were the one that started this thread and seem to be more familiar with eShare than most, can you give us some insight as to why revenues are declining. I see a lot of encouraging news, and their client roster is incredibly impressive (AOL, Lycos, Mindspring, Wal-Mart, Starmedia...), but I don't understand why revenues are declining. I do see that past earnings have been restated because of an acquisition, but that shouldn't have created the potential for declining revenues. Anyway, I'd be interested to hear your, or anyone else's, take on this.

Further, does anyone here have access to the Robertson Stephens report that was done recently? Multex charges for it, but if someone's a client and could share some highlights you'd be a hero to the board.
