This morning I bot NITE and placed a market order at ask 32 ... was filled at 31 15/16 ... I am sure the ask was dropping at the time ... but this happens occasionally ...

Susan, NITE does not make a market in its own stock. IT must have been another market maker that improved this fill. More likely, your quote feed is slightly delayed (perhaps just a second or two) from the true realtime quote.

Susan, you did better than me, I'm in today at 32 1/16....I, too, trade NITE occasionally....seemed like a no-brainer with it sitting on the trend line.
