I assume that you are bringing up a MSFT Licensing Agreement other then the one I mentioned in my report.

Investor Relations at RNWK emphasised to me that the only Agreement MSFT has w/ RNWK is the one time, 3 year agreement that expires in mid 2000. Moreover that MSFT has chosen not to renew the agreement and that MSFT has sold all of the RNWK common stock that they once held.

I will confirm that there is no other Agreement b/w MSFT & RNWK tomorrow. Thanks for pointing it out.
