Excuse me..But IN june 1998, The NASD removed the liability standard By which NIte and other Mmakrket makers were held to..in addition this past month the NASD removed another 3 liabilties that market makers are responsible for, so in effectt NITE can executre any trade it sees fit without any penalty, meaning only profitabl;e trades for NITE can be executed ( nbot profitable for the Client )

If you want to delve into trhis further let me know..The NASD has additionally renmoved all mandatory liability on SNET ordsers and NIT%E can switch 9on auto execute or turn it off at will ....leaving some orders in for hours before NITE decided wher to execute or ifd to execute with the option of breaking the trade..even..

Care to go on?

>>but this is totally preposterous statement.<<

Well one can argue that every MM scams every order, and i'm one of them. If you don't think the NAZ pricks are trying to penetrate you anally everytime you point-n-click then please refer me to your broker.

Or are you with "Brown & Company"?

Cheers!
