excuse me for asking, but is this stock dead ?

No trades to-day, looks like halted!

No news posted,sometimes no news is good news,but somehow in this case I think not!

I would hope that at least now one of the principles could come out and explain how they let this resource slip through their fingers.
But I am sure they won't. they covered their ass, and to their small minds thats all that counts.
My only comfort is that I have made some good money on some of their
small minded friends.

It is to bad that we (as investors have to try and figure out who is trying to f--- which friend, to make an investment.But that is the way it goes.

The only comfort that I have is BELIVING

that what goes around - comes around!

Mr. Paul Lackowicz of Preston Willis reports
On Feb. 15, 2000, the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory has approved the
marketing plan proposed by certain creditors of the corporations to sell the
mining
claims and leases owned by the corporations comprising the United Keno Hill
mine and all the assets on the mine site, located in the Mayo, Elsa and Keno
area
of the Yukon Territory.
The court has ordered that potential purchasers be given until March 31, 2000,
to
review technical data and to submit a proposal for the purchase of the mine.
Technical data on the mine can be obtained by contacting Nick Poushinsky,

Written proposals to purchase the mine should be submitted by March 31, 2000,

Sale of the mine is subject to court approval.
