By the "FM" I assume that you are talking about "The Gorilla Game"? I have read it and I employ the basic philosophy every day (well, workdays at least). It has been a year or two, so I may have a few of the details obscured, but I assure you that I understand the basics.

And I only just recently started lurking here.
