Jeffry,
I started my second foray into ALSC late last year. It's got a solid uptrend going but with a fair amount of volatility. It's near the top of it's trading range right now and I think it might have to wrestle with 20 for a while. Perhaps it would be best to wait for a pull back or a break out for optimal entry; either of which should be pretty soon.
