Sam - Thanks for the SFA Alert. I've been preoccupied by the purchase of my new home in Hilton Head. I expect to close Friday. I've also put my Villa up for sale, so have been fixing up little things there as well. I've a very handsome profit in SFA, and will look into some of those options you suggested to reallocate should I sell my SFA. Ble
