On the Walmart deal...I have read elsewhere that ESHR ads in recent WSJ's have mentioned Walmart as a customer...they also mention it in their earnings release.

I don't think they could do that unless they at least had a letter of intent, so if the deal is not completely done, we should see a press release in the near future. If it is done, it would be nice to see a specific press release about it.

I'll be the contrarian...not sure where it will close, but it seeems like it's itching to have a go at it's previous high of 29 1/8, so I think it will get there...may be the gap up and sell off scenario.
