AXP: What is your malfunction here? Did MSFT get 1.1 bill? Yes. Are they now going to be in the thick of BillPayment/Rendering action? Yes. Do they now own in partnership with one of the worlds largest banks a good piece of Checkfree? Yes. Looks like a good deal pointing to a better market position and as I said they are getting paid 1.1 bill for their trouble. Do you think they had that much invested in Transpoint. And if Transpoint is such a whimp why pay MSFT 1.1 bill. or is this another bit of MSFT arm twisting. And if it is such a poor outfit then the MSFT deal is all the more brilliant and Checkfree is dumb and doesn't know much about their own business. You make no sense.JFD
