This has a Cisco feel to it. The valuation is enormous but the partnership opportunities and synergies and gorilla benefits make 1 + 1 = 5. How will they ever integrate both Bluegill and TP and take advantage of the Citi, MS and First Data opportunities. The market will be a mess for months or more. Checkfree and its new and old employees are really going to be trying hard to figure out who is in charge of what. This will be the supreme test for Checkfree management. I hope they are up to the task.
