I put an order in to sell 10,000 MBHC at the bid of .465 yesterday. Web Broker was down so I used the President Club private line. An hour later I noticed I wasn't filled. I then changed it to a market order sell at .45. I waited another hour and finally saw a fill at .38! I got on the phone to a supervisor who agreed with my complaint after reviewing the times the orders were received. I'm waiting to hear what compensation will be offered. The first thing he offered was no commission. I said that wasn't good enough.
