Augie, the more you talk the more I realize you do not understand the business sector INTF operates in. You fooled me. I thought you had a better handle on this industry.

INTF viewed EBPP as an opportunity. ESP is viewed as the strategy, the core where their "L2i" expertise drives the model. There will always be opportunities along the edges of the EBPP fringes that will, by referral, be handled. But the driver of the model is ESP.

In response to your baseless allegations, no I have not sold shares nor have my clients. We have continued to purchase shares of INTF.

I regret the tenor of your post but realize the effects of a statement you made to me months ago about reentering a stock that you sold too soon. I did that with CKFR but when the opportunity arose, reentered my position. Nonetheless, my best to you Augie. You ought to take a look at the Killen executive summary . . . it might open up a world of information to you.

Augie -- Instead of a raving diatribe, why don't you help out the brain-dead lemmings to understand precisely what you are trying to say here? From a common sense perspective I don't see why the merger is going to hurt intf.

If you have a problem with DZ personally, maybe you should make that clear, and why. If you are going to tell me he has a personal stake in the company, that is disclosed both by him and in the public record. But, and I might say, as usual since I have been reading your posts for years, there is no substance to your rantings. What exactly is the effect of the merger on INTF and why?
