I meant CNN (I don't watch CNBC much anymore). They are adding a third story this morning about how oil prices affect companies (not energy companies)

JPQ, I agree. With all of the media attention it does seem "different this time". I did sell some yesterday to ease back on margin. Got my biggest gains ever yesterday. APA and FST are doing as well as my OS stocks. Even small positions in OEI and XTO are picking up today.

I think that these volatile stocks will always be traders. The range has just moved up a lot in last few of days.

OT: Bush looked well rehearsed last night on CNN. No apologies, just 50 mil buying negative attacks on McCain. IMHO it will be enough to buy South Carolina for GWB.

Good luck all. Winkman
