I GOT A BETTER IDEA... LET'S COMPARE IT A STOCK HE KNOWS ABOUT CHIP;;; see how it was around 6 cents and then it broke a dime, now even though the last week it has not gone over .16 cents and a lot of investors are now in it over a dime,you know it has been consolidating around this level for the next breakout...(i would imagine that is how you feel because you say chip looks good even though the last week in dollars and cents has done nothing) this is what NSTG has been doing for a while until an E in error threw a monkey wrench to the picture,.75 has been our resistance like .16 has been for CHIP....
