hello, Bosco. the url you reference says clfy "automates a company's sales, marketing and customer call center needs."
well, i don't know how you automate sales. if those words meant anything, it would be all you'd need for any enterprise. just plug in the automatic sales machine,set it a $1 billion a day and go fishing. i suppose automatic customer call centers are those that announce "all of our representatives are busy helping other customers ..."
the other url had much on it unrelated to nt, but had a mention of a novell product "for NT", and the writer faulted that product versus that of a firm specializing in that sort of automation and marked it weak even versus a competing product made by the same novell!
it troubles me that nt is diffusing its efforts from the arena where it is powerful and where it shares market with only 3 others. i don't understand why nt should try to be all things to all men by marketing common products like those of clfy in which i believe there are many competitors and can be many more.
