>>On INTF, my one trader took some off at $35 and bought it back at $26 1/2 friday. (From the private message.)

Augie, this guy trades away from me at another brokerage firm, a different clearing house, his positions are not on our books at all. We do not even have an account for him but since he has taken a large position, he has maintained contact. Not a bad trader either but not a client.

Dave you use a fine line in defining who is doing what. In that private you use the words "my one trader", implying it was under your control. That's black and white.

That's where I was baffled. I know you can't sell any of "yopur" personal shares before you sell those of others in your control. But I just had to figure you were selling for others in your control. Correct me where I am in error, but since you merely "control" those shares, outside your own personal, DO you have to report those sales?

EDITED out The last part. I thought it was a private.
