With all that silicon expertise at IBM and TI, surely this is not a problem. Maybe there will be be some spare capacity at the UltraSparc fab?

And stop making fun of our English tea.

I think IBM can handle it as a foundry as soon as they get all the speed paths cleaned up and install the brakes.
