You'll have to ask Albert Yu, but I don't think that's an unreasonable interpretation.

"volume production" of 1ghz cumine in the third quarter
"thousands" of Willys "this year" at 30% higher mhz than cumine

Meanwhile, we're in Q1 and AMD is at 850 with 1ghz just around the corner.
