I think the mutual fund companies who follow the TSE 200 & 300 could start buying as of today...

If you buy something today it will settle Feb 18th...

Should see some good movement in the next several days...

you ask where is the hydrogen going to come from....i ask
where is the oil and gasoline going to come from if we
dont move to the only renewable fuel...hydrogen and
not even to mention the clean air.....in that regard i hope
you and all the other gle'ers live in really stinky cities
with lots of diesel
