Thanks for that, lurqer. I noticed the date of the article is 1-18-00, so the suit's already in progress. I think you're absolutely right about a potential price spike there.

re: RMBS and the Hitachi suit...

If RMBS wins (or Hitachi settles), this could be similar to Q's winning the settlement with Erickson last year. RMBS will probably fly again.
