$35 sounds awfully expensive to me. I'm not sure I'd be inclined to do that. But, then again, I have all of the JDSU that I want. LoF

Jill, have you considered a bull spread? Say perhaps, JDSU Sept $220s/$300s. Costs you about $20 for $80 in spread. You're very likely that the $220s will get you in the door, and the $300s may never hit (although I wouldn't bet the farm on it not happening). If you do have to deliver at $300, you still made $60 on $20 invested ($36.60 net after tax). There may be some more advantageous spreads, and I'd like to hear what the thread thinks about it. LoF
