Oh no, Julie. . . if there will be a REAL rotation, it will happen over a week's time like it did last year. . . .I think the current rotation is by those like me that are happy to cash out for the season a winner. . . .looking at the way the markets have performed since January 1, why would I want to ENTER the markets here? And if I would not want to enter, then why am I staying? That is why I am interested in locking in those profits by shifting a large portion over to beaten down value plays of all sorts. I am still playing the techs. . .but with less juice. Each time the techs take a hit, I think we will see more folks run to value. Rande Is
