Dr. Bailey: I would have to say that we should be pumped. I concur with your evaluation, I might add that along with the hurdles you mentioned, Lev pointed out that even if some one could or wanted to go around a license that ultimately they would run into one or more of our patents. Right now they are aware of companies that are violating patents except that they are not yet issued. The bottom line in Lev's view is that even if they are not successful in their licensing strategy they can still make huge profits given the size of the market. So the question is will we be rich or embarrassingly rich. duckster
