axp: Yes. Again you either don't get it or you don't listen to what you yourself are saying. The big margins are in the software and once MSFT learns all they can from MSN and MSN is not carrying its own weight MSFT will if the offer is right lay it off on someone who specializes in Portals. It is possible that they would opt to write the software for this sat. modem service and sell the software and the access and perhaps unload MSN. Once again they will have had the experience in the area for software development purposes and will sell it if they choose at a profit nd gain a leg up in the area by exacting other commitments from the buyer. These guys make Trump look like the apprentice of the deal. JFD
