We agree on some of this. SI seems to employ selective enforcement based on a number of factors including the thread, the poster, the context, the complainer and the target of the attack. We never would have lasted two days with our old Sanity exchanges if they had been posted on a stock thread. Even here, there is less SI tolerance for juvenile exchanges than on the straight political threads.

Well, yes and no. I bought in a lifetime right to post, after the earliest days but long before they upped the price and then sold out. [pun intended] But they still have contractual obligations to me and others who purchased lifetime memberships. So on, they can't run it however they want if that violates our purchased rights.
