Well, there goes your theory about no Gomez IPO for the foreseeable future.

Softbank, Hancock Global Tech Fund, other institutions, and placed by Robbie. And you call it "washout financing" for ASTN?? Are you in complete denial on this one?? No need to respond -- the answer is that you are the queen of denial when it comes to Gomez and its meaning to Ashton. I would place a probable value of between $75 - 200 Million on ATG's stock ownership in Gomez (just under 5 Million shares), with them being able to monetize a substantial portion of that amount as soon as the IPO occurs -- sometime later this year (I would bet sooner rather than later). With the identities of the investors, the placement agent and the statements from Mr. Gomez regarding a possible IPO later this year, I think you are kidding yourself if you think (i) that an IPO won't happen as soon as it makes sense to do so, and (ii) that the IPO won't be oversubscribed in a big way.

Your killing me Auric, really.
