Bullish on ZLC.. This is NOT a one day wonder. Its a really good jewelry store and stock and its the fourth time an earnings plays. They are building a new, bigger ZLC in Town Center Mall (at my request, because I wanted more choices, just kidding).. but the store is really being built. Now they have to compete with Cartier, Mayor's, Whitehall Jeweler, and 2 others which I don't frequent and Zale's is always full while the others have sporadic clientele.

The stock has been underperforming and is well under its 52 week high which makes it a candidate for a rise

ZALE CORP. (NEW), posts 2Q EPS $2.33 vs. $1.75
