Mr. Short just blew $1 million and is on the run

Assuming as is usually the case that Mr. Short bought his 700,000 share worth of calls and then began selling stock he did not own to drive down the price yesterday, MR. Short is in cover mode.

Oh poor fella.

Watching NOVL --- back to what is important

It hit a high of 41 7/8ths and the volume is over 10.5 million shares.

It is currently up 2 3/8ths at 40 3/4.

I would say the shorts were really burned.
Moreover the options market shows the Feb 40 at 2 1/8th on 1453 contracts.

Somebody is pushing the upside of this envelope. The question is at what price does the stock discount the "rumors" of a blow out quarter?
