Too much attention is paid to the so called expertise of Cymer, on this thread. While many on this thread salivate at the thought of CYMI doubling in the near term, its time to pay attention of where the money is actually going.

As an option trader I pay attention to trends. The following chart illustrates a trend that may have some impact on CYMI's growth.

The market share issue for Cymer will not go away. As I view it market share does not add 2 cents to the bottom line, but the perceived loss of even a small amount of market share can be disastrous to the stock price.

CYMI and COHR both represent excellent choices for short term option trades. (one month at a time) And because of their volatility they represent bigger gains than owning the stock.

FWIW, Jerome

Thanks. That was what I was wondering - whether they could make some part of the transition by tuning the knobs, or whether new light bulbs were necessary. Obviously the latter would be my preferred option. At any rate, the INTC comments seemed to be additional good news, and suggested continuing strong demand for cymi going forward into at least the next few quarters.
