JDN, Pisani is a reporter. He is not an analyst. I should have mentioned in my post that he was only reporting the situation with what the investors are saying about AOL on the floor which is that they (the investors), will start to take a look at AOL after it gets down to 42 and not the other way around which is that TWX is worth 96 on the day the deal was announced.
