Dorine,
Hi!!

SERVERS SERVERS SERVERS SERVERS SERVERS

Perhaps if anyone is soooooooo concerned about what Michael said or actually meant during the CC.....and they are making an issue with his remarks concerning MSFT W2K....They should read his other statements just as close....Servers Dorine....Servers....Servers....Think how many this efficient company can make and for what cost...Let's not forget the article on "WE WILL REWRITE THE WAY BUSINESS IS DONE IN THE SERVER MARKET"...oooh but that article was released over a year and half ago...People forget what he is saying about servers.....Think of the $$$ here....Only 5% currently produced that will be needed by 2004 and these will all be outdated by then....Ask JD Main about the size of the two server facilities in Round Rock.....More folks should be concerned what that article told us vs. whether or not Michael thinks W2K dominates immediately....DELL is making more servers than SUNW right now...and it will only get better...

Best, Kemble

RE: But follow the bouncing ball: Dell said his company would launch a Dell hosting business for data centers in a few weeks. Dell repeatedly mentioned Dell Technology Services, the boxmaker's services arm. And, Dell took his most pointed shots at Sun Microsystems (SUNW:Nasdaq - news). His servers are swifter, higher, stronger than Sun's -- or so he says. Sun poses a much different kind of rivalry than age-old Dell nemesis Compaq (CPQ:NYSE - news). Sun isn't just a boxmaker, and Sun's growth looks a lot better than Compaq's.
