Best way to put it: Businesses can increase revenues by earning the ValueStar Certificate, according to past VLST's press releases, this has been accepted and proven. What about service providers looking to expand their customer base via the internet? Of the millions of service providers wanting to utilize the internet for potential revenues, would you, as a consumer, not like to make an informed decision? That is, deal with a reliable company that will provide you with work/parts/etc. of the quality and reliability claimed? For ValueStar, the grass roots revenue stream consist of the following factors: a) the business/service provider receives the business, b) the consumer, who has chosen this provider because of having the ValueStar Certificate, receives the quality work and reliability it hopes for. The ValueStar's revenue model is that of an infomediary, that is, generates a transaction fee from the e-commerce derived from consumer to business or b2b. This is not a product sales or advertising model, more like an E-Bay transaction type model. This company is NOT in the "proof of concept" stage. In fact, that has already been done (specifically in Northern California, and other cities). To me, ValueStar is beginning to nationally expose its "brand name" and quickly expand its content to the millions of service provider type businesses in the USA. I think the recent significant institutional dollars invested in this company realize its potential impact. I also believe in "first to market", as I'm sure these investors who have put their money where their mouth is, do. I feel that this is truly a ground floor opportunity, for myself as a shareholder, and for those who will soon recognize this company. Perhaps someday, "ValueStar" will be a household word. As a shareholder, I'm banking on sooner than later. For the future, look for the company to obtain a NASDAQ listing, attract more institutional investors, and then??who knows?.And don't forget about the recent OurHouse.com announcement (2/29/00), check it out. Your question regarding where do the revs come from is obviously "the" question. Did I help any? Look forward to your response.
