I've also got a ton of TSFT and have offered it all for tender. Seems like a good 15% or so return in a month. Hopefully the tender will be at $7.50, so it will be even better. In the worst case, with a $6 entry price, you can tender 2/3rds at $7, then unload the rest at $4 (ouch!) and still break even. Seems pretty safe.

What do folks think of the company after the tender?? If they keep EPS around 15 cents like last quarter, then it will be 45 cents since the number of shares will be reduced by 2/3rds. Some friends I've mentioned this stock to think that management thinks the business is going in tank (read the latest earnings release) and are tendering as the only way to get some of their own cash out of the company.

It would be very helpful if they provided some update as to how the quarter is progressing relative to the last quarter prior to the tender expiration. Any chance of this happening?
