Sounds good to me! I hope that attorneys for Microsoft are working feverishly behind the scenes to be able to announce a settlement the night before the offical W2K launch date. This is only my speculation, but the timing would certainly be perfect. Bill Gates would be delighted to have that behind him as he makes his keynote speech on Thursday. While the current stock price has little influence on the long-term success of W2K, it certainly does hamhock them in dealing for strategic partnerships and market positions. If they really want to settle (and I think they do) .... tonight would be the perfect time!

If the float is 50 millions, this is doable. However, with a 5 billion float and a market cap of north of 500 billion,
it requires hundreds of billions of new money to pour into the issue. It's unlikely in any cases.
