Briefing's has been "all over" the SCON thing since this morning when they announced this:

11:22 ET Superconductor Technologies (SCON) 23 3/8 +10 1/4: --Update-- Issue up 78% after announcing a purchase order for 27 SuperFilter Systems from an undisclosed cellular service provider.

As well, CNBC picked it up too. The confluence of all these things work wonders, doesn't it?
