Tony, The $125 target showed up this morning. I'm not convinced he raised it of his own volition. That hasn't been his nature. Based on who was approving the report he may have been forced to raise it to at least the minimum 10% appreciation threshold for an Accumulate-rated stock. He's stayed to the minimums in recent changes.

In 2000, Osha's INTC price target has gone from $90 to $105 to $125. Below $104, INTC becomes eligible for a ratings upgrade. Above $113.64 INTC moves into downgrade territory. Prior to today's price target change, INTC was in downgrade territory above $95.45.
